Photoblog: Pandamania DC

It should be noted that the DC Arts Commission (aka: DCAC) is in its second year of public art projects. This year's project has taken much flack, deservedly I believe, for being bland, middle-of-the-road, and for not making use of the medium well. These photos represent, in my opinion, the best of a day long walking tour that started at 7th & H Streets NW, wound down Pennsylvania Avenue past the White House, and ended up in Dupont Circle.
